After extensive vetting of the competition, Meruelo Gaming selects Gaming Analytics, in a move that will improve customer service and make player-behavior data easily accessible.

With the adoption of Gaming Analytics, Meruelo Gaming anticipates improved operations, including: improved customer service, reduced payroll, a reduction in man-hours, maximizing slot floor and machine performance, and identifying player trends that include incline, decline, high-risk, and churn.
