Q Casino is embracing the future of gaming by partnering with Gaming Analytics for A.I. technology — this sets the stage for optimizing the casino’s operations as it undergoes a $75M+ renovation and expansion.
The decision to choose Gaming Analytics (GA) was based on its suite of features that outperform A.I. competitors, the expertise of the GA team, exceptional customer support, and GA’s user-friendly interface that makes the platform easy to use for all including non-tech team members.
“Our operation is in growth mode, and technology is a top priority. It’s crucial we align with progressive solutions that fuel our success now and in the future,” said Brian Rakestraw, COO/CFO of Q Casino. His vision for growth is underpinned by the decision to embrace A.I. technology to make informed decisions with the best available information.

Stacy Kansky, CCO, added her perspective on the collaborative dynamics with Gaming Analytics, “The utilization of AI combined with an experienced hands-on GA team will ensure we have the right input and output to make smart decisions that drive the business.” The commitment to fully integrate A.I. into the decision-making process demonstrates Q Casino’s dedication to utilizing the best available tools to be competitive in a rapidly advancing sector.

Q Casino’s IT Manager, Ryan Mills, highlighted the importance of user experience in integrating new technology. “We’ve been researching different A.I. solutions made for the gaming industry, but most solutions have either fallen short of the mark or were too difficult for non-technical personnel to utilize. As soon as I saw Gaming Analytic’s AI technology, I knew we have found what we are looking for. A.I. Gaming Analytics’ interface is user-friendly, and I have no doubt that it will change how we analyze our data and provide a leg up on the competition,” he remarked, emphasizing the seamless adoption that will follow due to the platform’s intuitive design.

Looking ahead, the expectations for what Gaming Analytics will deliver are high. Brian Rakestraw foresees the A.I., providing “real-time insights on gaming activity across the floor to drive decision-making and optimal results within the heartbeat of our organization.” This anticipation of analytics is a shift towards a more data-centric approach in casino operations and management.
With eyes set on the future, Stacy Kansky anticipates that adopting Gaming Analytics will lead to “a faster, more intuitive process of gathering data to support initiatives that enhance the guest experience and our bottom line.”
Ryan Mills expects Gaming Analytics to “empower our Operations and Marketing teams to increase efficiencies by obtaining the necessary data to perform duties at a high level and optimized results. I have great expectations that GA will offer us the ability to take our casino to the next level by utilizing real-time data to make real-time decisions.”
As Q Casino prepares for the completion of its new main casino, the partnership with Gaming Analytics symbolizes a commitment to utilizing technology as a means to a superior guest experience.
