Table Mountain Casino Resort Partners with Gaming Analytics to Support Real-Time Slot, Marketing, and Player Development

GA’s A.I. implementation will include Slots, Database Marketing, and Player Development, as well as floor visualization, mobile workflows, and True Value Marketing.

February 11, 2026 — Table Mountain Casino Resort partnered with Gaming Analytics to support casino-floor decisions and guest reinvestment strategy across slots, database marketing, and player development.

Located near Millerton Lake, Table Mountain Casino Resort offers a refined retreat for California’s Central Valley. The property features an expansive 110,000-square-foot gaming floor, including two high-limit salons and a 171-room hotel tower. Guests can enjoy a rooftop Japanese restaurant with a curated single-malt whiskey library or the tranquility of an 18-hole golf course that offers unobstructed views of the rolling terrain.

The implementation includes Slots AI, Database Marketing AI, and Player Development AI modules, along with floor visualization, down-games visibility, GA’s mobile app, and True Value Marketing.

“We chose Gaming Analytics because the technology allows us to translate complex data science into a practical engine for continuous improvement across all operational verticals,” said Joe Young, Interim CEO and Director of Gaming Operations at Table Mountain Casino Resort. “By using natural language queries to remove technical friction, we give our team a way to move past anecdotal observations and base every milestone on objective, real-time evidence.”

Table Mountain’s leadership said the goal of using GA is to shift from backward-looking reporting to real-time decision-making — putting timely data in the hands of management beyond the analytics function, along with clear accountability for outcomes.

“Our primary objective is to transition from reactive reporting to predictive hospitality,” Joe said. “We are now identifying player trends and floor optimizations in the moment, achieving a level of precision in guest reinvestment that was simply unavailable with our previous processes.”

Joe also pointed to usability as a deciding factor. “The platform’s advantage is its accessibility; it is built for the operator, not just the analyst,” he said. “It strips away the technical friction, so our leadership team spends less time curating spreadsheets and more time acting on insights.”

Gaming Analytics founder and CEO Kiran Brahmandam said the Table Mountain partnership reflects a broader shift toward operator-first decision intelligence — where systems are designed for speed, clarity, and execution across departments.

“The edge today comes from turning data into action with real-time insights. Our goal is to reduce operational friction and support improvement across slots, marketing, and player development — easily measured and managed.”
