Ashley Skeen Unga, Director of Customer Success & Marketing at Gaming Analytics Inc., brings extensive experience from the gaming and hospitality industry. Former roles include Director of Marketing and Special Events at Tropicana Las Vegas. Ashley began her career at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino, developing her expertise as a Special Events Manager and Coordinator. Known for her leadership, she excels in driving customer engagement and executing effective marketing strategies.

With over 40 years of diverse experience in the casino and gaming industry, Steven Lambert is a seasoned professional known for his expertise in both operations and business development. A Las Vegas, Nevada resident, Steven is currently a Business Development Executive at Gaming Analytics, a position he has held since September 2022.

Troy D. Hall, a 25-year gaming industry veteran, has diverse leadership experience across multiple jurisdictions. He’s managed operations from small Mississippi Delta gaming floors to the largest slot operations in Maryland and Arizona. In his corporate role, Troy oversees 17,000 slot machines across five jurisdictions and has made significant contributions to revenue management. A community leader, Troy initiated a Retention Task Force to combat attrition, showcasing his innovative strategies and commitment to nurturing industry talent.

Michael Crooks, with over 25 years of experience in the Canadian gaming industry, has recently joined Gaming Analytics as the Director of Business Development Canada. Previously, he spent fourteen years at Light & Wonder, leading their sales across Canada. In his new role, Michael is set to bridge the gap between traditional casino operations and innovative A.I. solutions, a move reflecting the growing trend of A.I. integration in the casino industry. His expertise and leadership are expected to significantly contribute to Gaming Analytics’ expansion in the Canadian market.
